Pricing fees for holding estate sale.
All sales we charge commission rates, meaning we charge a percentage of the total gross sales of the sale. So in essence we get paid from the monies generated from the sale. The sale pays us not you!
However advertising, cleaning, snow plowing driveway if needed in winter or early spring and handyman are additional charges. A price quote would be given at time of service request, if those services are needed. Advertising usually $150.
